Charles County has been wanting to get the students involved in an organized pro-lifeactivity for quite some time.  There is now a vibrant, growing Students for Life movement in the DC area.

Please read the following from Sam Matthews, Capital Area Intern, Students for Life of America:

On Saturday, November 18th, Students for Life of America will be hosting a Leadership Workshop at the Catholic University of America. The workshop should run from about 9:30am-4pm and includes a light breakfast and lunch.

We have made this year’s event unique!  Students will participate in several interactive sessions focusing on a variety of pro-life topics all tying together how we can most effectively abolish abortion in our lifetime! The workshop will be attended by David Bereit, former CEO of 40 Days for Life.  One leader from each school will be able to personally meet David during the workshop for an exclusive leadership session!
