Live Action has put together this video which clearly outlines the historical events leading up to and what happened after Roe v Wade. Please watch and be educated so you can share this information.
Maryland is in another battle. The pro-abortion advocates have been hard at work building their cases for abortion to be a part of our state constitution. Physician-assisted suicide is also still a threat. They won't stop. But neither will we. |
HB 1031 HAS BEEN SUBMITTED!
|
It's official! House Bill (HB) 1031 has been introduced by Speaker of the House, Mike Busch. It focuses on bodily integrity and is very short. It leaves a lot of ambiguity, which means it can be interpreted in many different ways. It leaves questions to be answered. Our President of CCRTL, Ali Rak went on Facebook Live again last night to keep us up-to-date on the recent proposal and what this means for us in Maryland, as well as action items.

A message from Ali Rak, President, CCRTL discusses Virginia's proposal to allow abortion through the third trimester (through birth), and even post-birth, when Governor Northam explained what would happen when a baby is born alive. When homeschoolers' rights were being fringed upon, they ramped up efforts to fight the proposed bill and were able to get it off the table. We pro-lifers can do that too! Ali discusses some of the ways we can do that, and also some of the ways we shouldn't.

She discusses some of the details of the bill, what it does and doesn't say, and also how this affects us here in Maryland.
